Math
  • Integrated Algebra
    • This is the first course of the New York State Regents Mathematics program. Topics include equations, inequalities, polynomials, functions, geometric figures, the right triangle, graphing, probability, and data analysis. Students will take the NY State Regents in Integrated Algebra at the end of the year.
  • Geometry
    • This is the second course of the New York State Regents Mathematics program. Topics include geometric relationships, constructions, locus, informal and formal proofs, transformational geometry and coordinate geometry. The Geometry Regents is taken at the end of the year. (Prerequisite: Successful completion of Integrated Algebra)
  • Algebra 2/Trigonometry
    • This is the third course of the New York State Regents Mathematics program and contains units on trigonometric, exponential and logarithmic functions and graphs, as well as transformation and coordinate geometry, probability and statistics. The Algebra2/Trigonometry Regents examination is taken at the end of this course. (Prerequisite: Successful completion of Integrated Algebra and Geometry)
  • Pre-Calculus
    • This course includes units on advanced algebra, elementary functions, polynomials, sequences and series, limits, the derivative and its application. (Teacher recommendation required)
  • Calculus
    • This is a course in introductory calculus with elementary functions that employs the use of graphing calculator technology. Topics include functions, limits, the derivative and its applications, the definite integral and applications. (Teacher recommendation required)
  • Analysis
    • This course prepares the student for college mathematics with emphasis on skill reinforcement for the SATs in the fall trimester.
